《南水北调与水利科技》：丹江口大坝加高工程150t级垂直升船机拆除施工（袁云桥,程靖华,李建军,杨联东）（摘要）

摘要：在丹江口大坝加高工程中，原150t级升船机将被拆除，由新的300t级升船机取代。150t级升船机金属结构的拆除，尤其是垂直升船机轨道钢梁的拆除是一大技术难题。承担拆除任务的中国水利水电第三工程局丹江口工程施工局，立足现场设备条件，对拆除方案进行了反复论证和优化，最终选用轨道钢梁单根顶升、整体焊接后水平牵引滑移的方案拆除了轨道钢梁。这一方案不仅经济合理、安全可靠的解决了垂直升船机拆除难题，也为下一步300t级垂直升船机的安装方案奠定了基础，积累了宝贵的施工经验。

The 150t Level Vertical Shiplift Demolition Construction in Danjiangkou Dam Heightening Project

Abstract:Because the need of Danjiangkou Dam Heightening Project,a new 300 ton level shiplift Will be installed to replace the original 150 ton one.The metal structure demolition of 150 ton shiplift is a key technical difficulty,especially for the steel girder demolition.Danjiangkou engineering project department from Sinohydro Engineering Bureau No.3 undertakes the disassemblies duty after full discussion and research.The demolition plan is selected to rise all steel girders,form the whole through the welding and move to 3rd dam section by a hoist.This plan has solved not only the shiplift demolition,moreover laid the foudation for the next step installment plan of 300 ton level vertical shiplift,and accumulated the precious construction experience.
