《南水北调与水利科技》:南水北调工程水土保持监测技术研究(宋炜,郑良勇,孔令法,周明军)(摘要)

摘要:结合南水北调东线第一期工程的建设实际情况,从有效防治工程建设过程中的水土流失和保护生态环境的角度出发,通过综合比较国内外流行的水土保持监测技术方法,建立了专门针对南水北调工程的水土保持监测技术体系。该体系因地制宜地在不同的尺度范围内综合采取断面实测法、径流小区法、人工模拟降雨法、稀土元素示踪法和3S等技术,可以对工程建设过程中和完建期的水土流失状况进行有效监测,以便于更好的减少水土流失,保护生态环境。

Inspecting Technology about Soil and Water Conservation in the South-to-North Water Diversion Project

Abstract:According to the actual construction situation of the South-to-North Water Diversion Project,after the comparison about the international inspecting technology,an inspecting system about soil and water conservation is constructed in order to prevent the soil loss and protect environment.The system use section measure method,runoff method,manual simulate raining method,REE trace method and 3S technology in different scale range,inspect and measure the soil loss in the construction period and after-construction period.It can provide necessary data to the soil loss reduction.
